Well, we pulled the trigger on a great deal yesterday and became proud member of the Corvette crowd. My only question is, "what took us so long"? This car rocks. The car has been in the garage for a while, and needs cleaned. We were having so much fun driving the thing yesterday, that we didn't clean anything. Day one, the wife and I were just enjoying it. Day two, toothbrushes and pics.
Yes, I let here drive, and Yes, it's possible to be a back seat driver from the passenger seat. Baby, watch that curb, no....pot hole!!! OMG, slow down....lol....I couldn't help it. Now keeping in mind that she hasn't been in half the accidents that I've been in, and she is more than likely far more of a responsible driver than I'll ever be. This pretty much makes that whole "backseat driver issue" of mine even worse...lol. If I was smart, I would "only" let her drive it!

We'll be detailing it over the next few days. Below is how it came home, a "before" pic, if you will. The prior owner (VERY NICE FELLOW!!!), ran into some health issues and was happy to see the car get some deserving attention.

Thank you so much for the warm welcome all. We've started cleaning her, and we're really making progress. The pic above (first post) was taken when we got her home. I didn't realize how dirty she was. The interior is really come to life as well. I still need to take off the air vents, clean the tilt access, shampoo the carpet, ect..., but it's getting there! Love this car!!!
