I have been having a problem that seems to be getting worse. Sometimes when I fire up the car the radio will not come on. After I drive it a while the radio may come on the next time I start it. I don't have the navigation system. This has been going on for about a year now. Seems to be an intermitant problem.
Just recently I installed a new battery so I had to program the seat and steering wheel settings. Now after I start the car the seat settings do not work. I have to push the memory button 1 to get it to work. I went through the personalize steps and everything seems to be set up right.
I drove the car today and a new problem has developed. When I close the doors with the windows all the way up they do not slide up into the recessed slots on the hard top. I have to raise them with the window up and down switch.
Wonder if anyone else has had this problem before?
Thanks, Troy
To start you on the way. Anytime you disconnect the battery you need to re-index the windows; get in, close the doors, start the car, raise the windows with the driver's window switches and when the windows reach the top continue to hold the buttons up for 3 seconds, release the buttons, lift the buttons and hold for 3 seconds again. Done.
