Hello from Chicago!
Brand new forumite here from Chicago. Just got my 2005 a month ago and have lots of questions! In fact, up until the actual day I bought the car, I had never even sat in any corvette before! But like everyone here, I had always wanted one. I got a 2005 Lemans blue with the A4 trans. 15,500 miles on the ODO. Wasnt till I was in my garage with the car when I realized it had headers, and a cold air intake. Dealership only advertised the car as having a B&B exhaust. Since im not a gearhead at all, it took the kid next door to tell me about the headers and intake. It was a feeling of embarrassment and pride mixed into one....really weird! Anyway, just wanted to introduce myself and my new vette.
