Default Hello from Fort Worth, Tx.

First time Corvette owner, I’ve been looking for about 6 months for a low mileage beauty and I think I found it!
A 2004 convertible, Torch Red, completely original with the exception of the battery. I picked it up in Austin yesterday afternoon and she had 2449mi on her. Not a flaw, not a chip, I still have not found a scratch: all the little factory tags are still hanging under it, all the paperwork that has ever been connected to the car came with it. I’m in love. This was a quick phone pic at a rest stop bringing it home. I will take some good pic’s later.

I have been lurking pretty heavy for a while and had lots of plans for mods as I have never been able to leave a car alone, Well, I have to admit to being somewhat intimidated by the condition and will have to take lots of thought into any changes. (I have a feeling DD Mods will get the first credit card number!)

Looking forward to learning more and becoming a member of the Corvette family and meeting friends in the DFW area. I had two waves returned on the trip home!

Ken

Thanks for the welcome's gentlemen.
Zogs2011, I did have a good laugh, it was to cold in Austin for the ride home with the top down, and then it snowed this AM! Oh-well, warm days are back in a day or so...
