New member Intro
Howdy. I'm Dennis aka Dr. Krol in Segiun Texas. I am a very new rookie owning a corvette. This is something I always wanted and now have decided to buy a pleasure vehicle. My present car i am buying is a 1998 , torch red , 1 owner. I have known and seen the car for many years and personally know the owner for over 20 years , so I think I will get good use for a starter in Corvette ownership.
Robert also owns a new Z06 for his personal car and is a very knowledgable information source. I was suggested to this site by another friend and corvette owner and hopefully can be a regular reader and ask for ideas and opinions about the car I am buying.
I will be very interested to find a couple interior parts for my car. The passenger glove boe ( on the dash ) needs to be replaced in black as does the piece fitting under the steering colum. I will be looking forsuggestions where to look ( I will post requests on the parts forum as well )
In any case thanks for the opportunity to post and I will share a few photos soon. I'm sure everyone has seen plenty 1998 corvettes but it will be my first so naturally will want to show it off.

Thanks to all who responded to my original post. i certainly look forward to asking many questions since this is my first venture into corvettes.
Mostly, just looking forward to driving the car through the hill country around ths San Antonio area on the weekends. Can't ask for much
more...Pretty red headed wife of 30+ years and a very nice red car also.
Should be some fun times.
