Hello from germany!!!!!!!
Hello,
my name is andré from germany cologne. I´m 44 years old and i´m a store mangager for BMW. I love BMW but for classic cars my haert is beating fo the american legend in Sportscars: Corvette.
In the past i owned a 61 Corvette, a 65 Mustang Convertible GT/Pony/Luxary with full options and a 71 Corvette Convertible BB 454. I sold it in 2007, because i built a new House and i need all the money.
Now, 2 month ago, i found my absolutely dream car. An original 59 Fuel injection in tuxedoblack with red seats, silver coves and 4 manual gears.
It runs really great and looks excellent. The car is finished frame off restored in 1990.
In 2008 the car is sold from Proteam Corvette to Netherland Europe. Since that Time it goes from one dealer to another. I bought the car in Netherland Amsterdam and ship it to germany. Since that time i did something like exhaust, wheels, softtop and alot of small things.
I search some people, who owned or was in contact with the car.
Maybe you can help me??
Here some names:
Ben or Benjamin Orkin. He was the last owner and i think he was a manger from Paul Chevrolet. But now, i can not find anything.....?
Ralph Demech, Lebanon: he sold the car to ben orkin and he won an show with the corvette.
Peter Karis: i think, he restored the car and finished it in 1990 and sold it a short time later to ralph demech. In 1990 a Robert K Ferguson inspected the car. I think he is a member or judge from NCRS.......
In the last years i raed sometimes in your forum and it´s graet!!!
