Hi,
I'm new to this forum and just wanted to introduce myself.
I live in Long Beach, Ca.
I have had a 1999 FRC and a 2005 Convertible, I liked both of them, now I have a 1964 Convertible, that I bought in April of this year, that I'm working on.
It's a lot of fun. This forum is great You can find a lot of info and ideas for Your build. The 64 is a project and I'm not going crazy with a total resto, I'm trying hard to keep in on 2 wheels at the time.
I too, wanted to introduce myself to the forum. I recently (May) purchased a 66 roadster, live in PA and absolutely love my corvette. It's ermine white with a red interior, matching #'s, 4 speed, 327/300.
I sold what I thought was my dream car, 69 camaro SS396, for my 66. Never could I have imagined how much more I would love driving and owning a midyear corvette!
I am so glad I pulled the trigger on the deal. Absolutely no regrets and it is amazing how friendly and helpful corvette owners. At least that's been my impression from this forum and a recent corvette show that I attended.
I have so much to learn about the midyears, and I think I found the right place. Can't wait to get going! Thanks, Don
