Hey Yall!
I grew up building and restoring corvettes with my father, however my father has passed and I regret that I didnt soak up all his knowledge of vettes. I aquired a 1986 corvette and it needs a trans so I am asking for help. what is the differance between the 700r4 trans and the 4+3 trans? or are they the same please help!!!!

The 700r4 is a automatic and the 4-3 is a 4 speed stick with a 3 speed overdrive. For help with your car post over in C4 http://forums.corvetteforum.com/c4-tech-performance-48/ and those guys can get you going.
