Hello all!
Hello folks, new guy from the Cleveland area here. I'm new to Vettes but have owned quite a few old German cars. My toy is an '87 BMW 325is I picked up from Dallas about 5 years ago...
The newest "acquisition" was towed to the house last weekend. My girlfriend's father signed the title to his 1982 Silver Blue coupe over to her for the cost of the title & plates. I paid the tow...
It's been sitting in her dad's garage for about 5-6 years I'm told, sounds like he lost interest in it. He appears to be the second owner, and after doing some digging - I found the original window sticker from Classic Chevy in Mentor, along with some other documents inside the car.
Going to try and get under the car this weekend to look at the frame and birdcage. Found only a bit of surface rust when I pulled the kick panels under the dash, so here's hoping....
