Hello Corvette Forum! Glad I found you!

A bit about me.

My Name is Tina Marie, I just inherited my mothers 1954 Corvette, she passed away on October 29, and hoped that I would take over the ownership of her Corvette. I just registered it in my name on November 18th. It will be brought to me by Horseless Carriage Carriers in a couple of months. I had never even seen the car in person, it has been kept in a museum for years. It wasn't until November 16th that we drove it out of the museum. It is beautiful just like my mother. I know quite a bit about the car already, as I was given a thick book about it. Very interesting details I must say regarding the first 3 years of the Corvette.

I will try and post a few pictures of my beauty in Polo White/Red.

I would love to talk to someone who's in the know about my car, I live in the North Dallas area.

Thank you for taking the time!

Tina Marie

Thank you so much! Already asked a question about my side curtains. Hope I can get some pointers.

It's perfect except for the plexiglass and rubber of the side curtains. Looks like I have been given the answer for that!!!!

Serial is 2123 it's original and runs great.

Funny I'm so tall that I doubt I could even have the top up and drive it. Too funny!

My mother was a fantastic woman. My father is heart broken. They were married for 58 years. I feel terrible for my father.

Just got back couple days ago helping him with things. He lives in Arizona and I in Texas.

I will cherish my mothers car for as long as I live. It will get the best of care just as she did for me all these years.

Miss her terribly. But her memory lived on.

My mother called the 54 her Betty boop car.

Anyway thank you all. You are all so sweet and knowledgable.

Glad to be with you all

I need to join a corvette club in north Dallas now.
