Default New Corvette owner
I just got my first Corvette today! It is a 1979 red coupe with 22,000 original miles! I am super stoked to find this car - unmolested for 35 years.

Great feeling eh, ... Got my 74 last week and still just love going out to the garage and looking at it!

Love the car and the base model 195 HP 350, is not bad for being original engine, but the turbo 350 3 speed turns 3000 at 70 MPH so I have to get an overdrive transmission. My buddy is talking LS2/4L60E...
