No Vette... Yet
Hi everyone. I don't have much to add to the forum, but it just seems rude to spend time reading everything you all write without introducing myself.
I'm from Oklahoma currently living in Kentucky. Have always been a fan of sports cars in general, but that's about as far as it has gone. A few days ago I started thinking about Corvettes and have decided I want one. So I found the forum doing some research.
Sadly I'm not going to be buying one in the near future. I live in the mountains and parking space is limited due to housed being crammed into all available space. I can't see buying such a beautiful car and leaving it parked on the street, but that's what I'd have to do. I will, luckily, be leaving this location in about a year (54 weeks to be exact) so just trading off my current vehicle and making a Corvette the daily driver isn't going to work- 4 wheel drive is a necessity for the last winter I'll be stuck here. However after the winter that is a real possibility.
I look forward to reading all of your contributions as I decide what car I will be buying when able. Right now I'm torn between buying new or a C6, but the C5 is pretty darn good looking as well so who knows.
