Default New from Cali + Tire Question

Hey everyone, I've just purchased a 2002 Quicksilver Z06 as you can tell from my user (which if by the way is too similar to that of a more prominent member of the forum, let me know so I can change it.) It's got just under 44,000 miles on it, and it's 100% bone stock except for the wheels and tires it came with. They're staggered 19"/20" HRE wheels and I haven't the slightest clue which model they are, other than that they are 3 piece and 10 spoke, and one of the bolts around each wheel's rim is the valve stem, which is wicked IMO. I'm not that crazy about them and they're a little bigger than I'd like, so I may sell them on the forum here in the distant future.
Which brings me to my first question: I don't even know how wide these wheels are, but my guess is that the rears are 20x11. They have have skinny profile 285/30ZR20 Pilot Sport 1's on them right now, and they have this stretched look that I hate, and I think they need to be replaced soon. For my purposes, I think the Pilot Super Sport seems to be my best option, but I'm not sure what would be a good size. I'm guessing maybe 305/35ZR20 or maybe even 315. Any suggestions?
And oh yeah, the car

Bigger pictures means more for us to appreciate As far as tires go, non run-flats offer a better ride, but some people like the security of having run-flats. The best place to post your question would be in C5 general discussion or C5 Z06 discussion. Good luck

Congrats on the purchase & welcome to the forum
