BigTee : Usually, Insurance premium is only linked to the car list price.
The road tax, however, is linked to HP and CO2 emissions (and can be pretty high depending on the region you live in. For a new ZO6, it's about 5000€ for the registration (one shot) + 2500€ yearly road tax + 2000€ "Carbon tax").
