Hi There
I have a 79 vet which I brought a long time ago in 2001. She as been driven across Australia from Perth to Sydney and from Sydney up the east coast and back to Perth. Not all in one hit, She didn't miss a beat except for one of the exhaust manifolds blowing out half way up to Townsville. Now she's becoming a road racer/ track car. So far the chassis has been fully welded and reinforced as written in the good chev power book and a few tips from the guys at duntov. She still beside her self hopefully be dropping the body back onto the chassis by the end of the year. I'm doing all the work myself so between work and family she's getting there slowly.
