I recently took possession of my father's 1959 Corvette. It has been in our name for 22+ years, but now I am responsible. In western Montana, that means a heated, mouse-proof garage. I managed that for now.
It is a survivor, that my father purchased off of his brother in 1960 or 1961.

It needs some TLC before I start it up. Drain/siphon gas tank, add non-oxygenated premium, rebuild both carburetors, check fuel pump, check brake cylinders...………………...

I clicked around the C1 forum and did some preliminary searches. Some very good information and discussions are in that forum. Looking forward to washing the dust off today.

Congratulations and welcome to the CF North or southern western Montana? Either way, pretty country for a sweet car.

Missoula is awesome. I try and spend as much time as I can just north of there in the Flathead Valley during the summers. Nice car!
