Researching my VIN
Hello 👋 I am truly proud to be associated with your grouping of Corvette enthusiast! I am trying to research my VIN. I kno that, I will only be able to find
1. Where it was built
2. What it was born with
As far as how many owner’s it had, I have no clue?
Do you have any idea’s, that will help me find these answers?
This is, my 3rd Corvette. My first was a 1969, All stock. I never checked for matching #’s. It was a 4speed car. No AC, no pwr steering, & stock engine. I installed power steering & left it that. I kept it for 8 yrs. My 2nd Corvette was a 1999, it had a 6 speed trans, & I guess everything else?? I did not really care for the Vette. I guess, I expected it to be like my 69? Which I missed sadly 😔 I recently, purchased another 69 Corvette. I kno that I will be keeping it till I, pass away! This one is red on red, automatic all matching #’s. Pretty rare, to say. I am truly Happy now 😁 Just trying to get a little more information about it. Will this Corvette Forum, be able to help me with this?
Again, Thank You
Robert H.

Welcome to CorvetteForum, Robert! Along with FASTAZU's suggestion of asking for details in our C3 section, you may also be able to find some base level information through the VIN Decoder we offer under the "Tools" drop-down in our navigation menu. Here's a direct link to the page: https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums/vindecoder.php
