Owner of a 2000 convertible in Sebring silver since 8/11/20, about a month. Traded a 2011 Mercedes E350 convertible with 85,000 miles. It was my third Mercedes vert this year (95’ E320, 08’ CLK included) and had to replace hydraulic arms for the top on all three $$$. I started looking for a manual top like old Mercedes SL’s, the short run modern T-Birds and even a Miata as I owned one 20 years ago. Then I test drove this car- Game Over! Put on non- run flats with 3/4 adjusters in back on the C6 wheels it came with, fixed 10 sec restart, recharged a/c and ran the aux cable mod from my 12 disc CD. Don’t miss my Mercedes yet at all and can’t stop smiling on approachIng it to drive. This forum gave me the answers to all of the above and more- Thank you all!!!
