First Corvette - ‘92 Convertible
Hello!
Two weeks ago I decided to buy a six-speed ’99 C5, but the day before the dealership was gonna transport it to me I backed out of the deal. I suspected problems with the EBCM and didn’t wanna gamble on a $20k car.
So I crossed the C5 from my list and kept looking for W211 E55’s. For some reason I stumbled upon a ‘92 C4 that was for sale in my town. The owner had passed away and the wife was selling it. Went to see it in the morning and made an offer that same afternoon.
I used to have a ‘97 Formula that I sold when my daughter was born, and even though I promised myself that my next V8 was either gonna be a supercharged 5.4 or an LS based one - well.. it didn’t work out that way.
Anyways, I appreciate the forum and thanks for having me!
