I-25 North, LEO's hiding on the top of the 20th Street onramp, screwing up traffic,actually half in the left hand lane, I hope somebody plows the idiot, like a Denver City and County truck.

It's a shame they're put in the position they are. I'm sure most would rather do something else than stand on the side of the road risking their lives to write speeding tickets..... but they ought to be safe themselves and not endanger motorists trying to catch them.
