Ok, this may sound stupid but hear me out or please suggest a better option.

The valve cover and intake bolts on out cars look like crap. I've relocated my coils and bought GM Performance Parts covers, which come with the stock horrible looking bolts. I can polish them but being steel they will oxidize and look like crap again. You can buy intake bolts for $6 a friggin piece but the valve cover bolts are kinda unique.

I've got a guy here in Colorado Springs who will nickle plate the bolts but there is a minimum of $60. He said he can do about 50 bolts and still charge the minimum. Only problem is the bolts will be as shiny as they get them so they have to be machine polished first, then plated. Again, a minimum of around $50.

Anybody want to go in with me to have their valve cover bolts and intake bolts done up?

Another option is to use the ARP polished stainless intake bolts. It is what I have on mine.

AintQik-

I have a close friend who does plating here in Denver. PM me with your # and I'll take some notes and call the guy, or put him in touch directly with you.

He can then talk to you about exactly what he offers.
