I previously asked about shops/tuners in Denver, but no response. I am still in need of a trustworthy tuner to help with my 2001 procharged Vert. I just failed emissions for the first time since I have owned the car, and the clock is ticking to renew my plates. Can anyone get me started with someone who could help?
Thanks,
Gary Benson
Rod Dewild of Dewild Performance can help you out. He rebuilt my 454 cu in LS7 for my 2008 Z06, is building me a new 427 all forged road race motor right now ( darton liners are failing.... dartons fault) and just completed a fellow forum member and local guys 2009 Z06 supercharger install & tune.

My understanding is that the high flow cats do not tend to lower the HC's to meet the latest testing limits, but was ok in the past. If nothing is wrong with the car, it may temporarily get factory cats for the test and a stock type tune, then put her back together as is now. Wondering if I should use the drive by rapid screen vans in the future.
Thanks for the input,
Gary
Your welcome to contact me.. I have a Shop called AIR in West Denver opening Next week. Also been tuning for 10 years on these cars, and have all the software needed. If Dragon can't help or want a second opinion, then I'm available for you.

Thanks to everyone with the help. Pete got me all fixed up. Let him officially tune as well, what an amazing difference. All kinds of power, in all rpm ranges. Good guys, good shop.
Gary
glad it all worked out for you. Talked with Rod while my new LS7 was being bolted together this weekend and we both agreed that a chassis dyno would be a big help in emissions tuning...and he doesn;t have one yet.
emissions, thats why I technically live in Weld county!
