Default Tire Source --- Boulder?

These guys have taken care of my Race Tire/wheel mount/dismount in the past along with my wifes Denali XL tires.

I purchased a near mint set of C6 ZR1 take off wheels ( OEM silver..hard to find) and a set of C6 ZR1 PS2 ZP's.

I'm looking for a shop that is used to mounting stiffer sidewall tires on expensive rims....like HRE's, etc...

These were not easy wheels to find and are a bit more difficult to mount in a 19/20" size with a less scratch resistant painted surface to a stiff sidewall runflat tire.

any suggestions? who mounts all the lambo, prancing horse wheels/tires around here? I'm willing to drive to have them done right.

I'd trust the guys at Tire Source to mount them. The owner takes his time, and goes out to help the shop guys on difficult mounts.

You could always haul them to Ferrari of Denver, I guess. Prolly charge you an arm and a leg, tho.

Default Good follow -up report

I had some extra time a week ago and decided to run my ZR1 wheels and tires into the guys at the tire source to have them mounted before work. After talking to the owner for a bit, I felt comfortable leaving everything with them.

He helped me unload eveything ( barely fit in the Denali XL). Called me about 2 hrs later and they were done.

When I picked them up after work, I was happy to see that they didn't have a single NEW mark in them ( there were some previous marks from when the wheels were dismounted from the stock tires before I bought them).

Long story short. I will trust these guys with EVERY wheel/tire change in the future. $80 was well worth the piece of mind.

BTW, THEY HAVE MOVED! They are now located in a vacant car dealership 3200 block ( maybe 3400) of 28th street on the east side of the road. no major signage but a HUGE upgrade from their old digs..Pics to follow.

They're customer service is a bit lacking, they appear to be totally unorganized at times, and yet there's no other place I'd go. They definitely know they're your doing as long as you make it clear to them what your expecting.
