I'm hoping that someone saw something and maybe has a picture or description of the vandal. He/she deserves lifetime banishment from CAC, at the very least.
It's hard to believe that no one saw the vandalism, but I hope they read this and are able to help out here. We don't want people like that attending our events.

I can't believe someone would do that to another persons vehicle, I'm thankful for people like yourself that step in and help make them realize this is an isolated incident - in fact I've never heard of anything like this at any event (sorry it was at Carlisle!). With this said, let's find out who the owners of the car were. I'd like to send them a personal letter along with a complimentary pass for next year's event.
Thank you for bringing this to my attention. Thank goodness the paint was removed quickly without any damage. I'm not quite sure how people can do something like this to other and manage to sleep at night. On behalf of Carlisle Events and our team - we are sorry this occurred!
If anyone know's the couples information, please PM it to me at your convenience.
Thank you,
Lance
PS Thanks for calling them out on the forum - great area to see if anyone else saw who may have done this terrible gesture.

The "Corvette Brotherhood" is definitely changing...unless the dirtbag that vandalized their car is an installer who never owned a Corvette in his life. Damn shame.

Any chance there is CCTV or other pics / video of the area?

First of all I'm totally shocked at the disrespect for someone else's property. Especially for a Corvette to be vandalized at the premier Corvette event. What moron would do something like that? I'm even more amazed that no one witnessed this event considering there are always people walking everywhere around the fairgrounds. What an a___H___. So sorry for the first time attendees, hope they've recovered from this and come back. What an incredible story!

Nice to see the good people stepping up for the corvette community. It makes you wonder how certain people can justify doing something like that. Even if they were in the wrong spot how hard would it be to ask a few people near by who the owner was then to put a simple note on the windshield under the wiper. If the owner is reading this please know this is not the Corvette way.

I am having a hard time locating these folks thru the Billy Boat installers but I am not giving up. If anyone can get me these Syracuse folks full names and mailing address I will donate $100 to the Corvette Museum in your name.

Instead of asking the hotel for their personal contact information, why not ask them(hotel rep) to contact the couple and ask them to contact Mike or yourself?
