im not talking about using outlook .. with so many emails it will bound to mess up etc .. id be able to set it up on my server that I host websites on if you want .. makes it a lot easier for future as well .. Also if you talk to the guys, id be more then happy to help out if all the data is in the database (zip code etc)

well if you know anyone who runs the site, can you try to talk to them? i could code up a quick and simple script to get the data needed (zip and e-mail) and would have no problem if they wanted to look it over to see that is all we would be retrieving from the database...
