Default New Yorkers' Help Needed

Looking for recommendations for Vette-friendly garages along the NY State Thruway from The NY/NJ border all the way to Buffalo. As some of you know I'll be moving up there in the Spring and driving the '69 from Jersey. It's running well right now so I don't expect a problem, but I have AAA just in case and they offer free towing up to 100 miles. So I'm trying to locate a few places along the way that I can get towed to if I get in trouble.

Any help would be great,
Joe

Marcel's Corvette (1-800-416-8006) shop in Mechanicville NY, about 20 miles away from the intersection of Interstates 90 and 87 (Thruway) in Albany. Good luck on your travels, hope it's a smooth problem free trip for you.

Dave,

To post a link, all you need do is type it like

www.corvetteforum.com

as if by magic, something in the computer knows its a link, and configures it as such. I'm always amazed at technology

I don't have a recommendation since I take my car to a small unknown garage, but I can tell you to stay away from the Corvette Barn in Syracuse...if you looked in the phone book you might find it appealing, but the place does require you to bend over! I have more stories about him, but you need to go pack! Hope you don't hit any snow
