Well, the inspection was done yesterday (Wednesday). Ijust got off the phone with GM and now it can up to two weeks to get the report back from the inspector. tomorrow will be three weeks without a car.
I have scratches on the very front bottom, wind guard is damage and not sure if the tire is good and rim. I have not be able to drive it. I will have to take it out once GM tells me what to do. The dealership had to do the work. It was a recall.
gee! i had plan to take my 2002 vette in this week to get the recall work done. But now i am totally confused. i don't know what to do. any good advice on how i should approach this situation.
If your vette is an automatic, then they have to take the entire locking system out. If is's a manual, I believe they will replace the locking harness. In my case it seems that the delaership did not perform the correct produces, therefore causing my steering to lock. If you have a fax number, I can fax over the recall bulletin.
