Ah, I was all ready to volunteer!

But to help... maybe one of these:

Volvo 244 - reliable, safe, cheap. Typically good for well over 200k miles, so don't worry about buying a high mileage one, just make sure the owner did the proper routine maintenance. I know a guy around Westchester, PA, who deals on used cars, a good guy, I went through him for a transaction... he does Volvos a lot too.

I'm considering selling my Black 95 Stealth RT. 96k miles, 5spd, fun to drive and great in the snow/rain:

If I sold it I'd look to get $6k

Trouble with Hondas is you can't find a good one cheap.

Have you thought of putting her in something used GM? You'd be surprised what you can find in a Buick Regal or Century, like a 2000 Regal GS Supercharged for 10K. As quick in the quarter as an (unmolested) L98. It might bore her to tears but less so than a Volvo.

Look into the Buick Century. I read a year or two back that they will one of the most reliable vehicles in its class, and repairs should be inexpensive.

I know someone with a couple of C4's in his garage and it wouldn't cost you anything out of pocket.
