need help locating body shop

I have a MAG RED II 2002 C5 Coupe, I purchased the car in January and when I purchased, the dealer agreed to paint the front bumper. The bumper had some spider webbing. They were supposed to remove the bumper sand and repaint. The paint now has bubbles in it and are actually breaking, making the front end look like I went through a stone shower. I would like to get it repainted and was wondering if anyone has had a good experience at any shops in the Phila. area. I'm approx 10 miles west of Phila.

They repaired my 2001 Mag Red a few years back and did a great job matching color.
