It's pretty scary. But, after almost 9 yrs of it, I've gotten used to it and how to handle it and can tell when it's going to happen...It sux cause it takes 48-72 hrs to recover from it and it's completely draining....
Yup...
I'm so sorry for you!!!! Maybe someday as quickly as it came on, your body will change again........we can hope

That would be so cool if it just left and never came back. I used to be very active before this. It was dicovered when I went into shock gtraining for a flag football tournament when I was with AT&T. I was on a team playing for cancer donations and contributions. It was being played at Giant Stadium in 1998... Anyway, I was supposed to be a wide receiver. So, I was training a bit one day and boom, it happened. I was rushed to the hospital and kept there for 3 days...No reason, it just happened. My body changed...

I know how you feel........37 healthy years for me and then this past summer WHAM - diagnosed with T-cell lymphoma......but of course in the rarest form imagineable. No known cause and I only exhibit "certain" symptoms.......it seems to manifest as more of a skin disorder than the blood disease that it usually progresses to. Therefore, the doctor's take a lets wait and see position. I was also told, "I've never seen anything like this" Aside from a small red mark here and there every now and then..........nothing! I feel fine and the oncologists feel that it will just "go away" on its own - the same way it appeared. Gave me a whole new outlook on life.......I'm down to every three month visits......one more blood test to go in about a month and then every six month visits.......
