I wouldn't trust a weatherman, even if he was outside looking up.
A weatherman that can predict a week out???????? I don't think so. Hell, when we were on vacation in Florida they called for rain everyday. Guess what, no rain at all.
Don't forget to pack an umbrella in the Vette before you leave. 2 years ago it rained just before the beauty contest. It cooled down to 68 and they cancelled the contest because the girls said it was too cold. BIG DISSAPOINTMENT!!!!!!!!!!!

Actually on the Friday of last year's show it was sunny and very hot. As many have said, the weather people have a hard time predicting a day in advance let alone a week here in the NE so checking around Wednesday should provide a bit more, not a lot, more accuracy. While many shun the forecast of rain, I'm here to tell you that Carlisle is one of the worst places to be when it rains. Not because we can't handle getting a little wet but because most all vendors are located outside and therefore cover their items with tarps or plastic or just pack them up. About the only thing left worth seeing is the stuff in the three buildings or under the tents.
