Being a rain or shine event, I doubt that they will cancel it however the long range forcast isn't looking too bright.

If you have been before, you know it rains at least once when you are there. Sometimes, more than once. Every year there is some type of storm or rain event. The forcast will change at least 7 more times before next Friday anyway. Its the only time my corvette is drivin in the rain. Ah, its all good.

Usually, you get a good morning of sunshine at Carlisle followed by a downpour in the late afternoon. Driving home when that happens is always fun. 
Weird, the weather always seems to act that way the week of Carlisle. Too many waxers congregating in one spot I guess.

The weather guys cannot predict the next day with good results, whatever they say today will change 6 times befoe Carlisle starts.
I have been there under storm watch (and a storm or 2 many times)
