Some suggestions for Summer 2002:

2. Picnics at different locations where each of us can all bring food to contribute.
We're probably going to do a summer Skyline this year and make it a picnic affair. We're thinking around the last Saturday in June...

The same weekend as the 50th anniversary kick-off at the museum?

Yeah - when is that exactly ? Isn't there a web page, being setup for that specific Detroit to Bowling Green cruise !?

The same weekend as the 50th anniversary kick-off at the museum?

Nothing is cast in stone yet. However, with the CF CI III just a month prior to that, I'm not sure how many people will be travelling back down to BG that soon. Also, in the summer months, there is always more then one event going on each weekend and it's hard to plan new events without stepping on someone elses' event...

We've been trying to do a picnic lunch Skyline for a while. When we come up with a final date, I'll be sure to post it.

(I thought last Saturday in June because our other Skylines are the last Saturday's in april and October... Trying to stick with a theme more or less...)
