Default Regional Events Coordinators

Ok. Here's the current list for the N.E. Region.

We expect that this will be an ever changing/growing list as some members are added in different areas. Some may also need to take a break from it once in a while.

Just a few points of clarification - we are absolutely not going to let this change the freedom of setting up events for Corvetteforum members. This will not end up like political clubs if I can help it. The idea is to have some guys that can try to lead events and make sure that the forum does everything it can to help make them successful. We can also start to organize more events like the Drag Race Weekend that involve all regions but occur regionally.

If you are on this list please email me for the password to the Regional Coordinator's private forum (located just under the mod's corner). troy@corvetteforum.com

Here they are!!

Mr. Mojo - New Jersey
L98Terror - Boston
Jim Strathearn - Pennsylvania

This is just a start. If I missed anyone let me know.

Congrats to you guys! Thanks for volunteering to do this.

Some suggestions for Summer 2002:

1. Beach party at Belmar, NJ. We can all rent wave runners then have a barbecue at the beach. Maybe we can hog a parking lot for all the members only.

2. Picnics at different locations where each of us can all bring food to contribute.

3. Cruise nights at diners or something so we can mingle and talk nothing but Vettes! :flag

Great job team.

And Mr Mojo jumped right into his new role by pulling together the 1st annual Northeast Holiday party in under 2 weeks.

Turnout was about 70 members and significant others.

Congrats Mr Mojo......to for the next event.....

Sound like good ideas to me! Summertime is a lot less hectic than the winter months on this end....

Unfortunately most of teh summer I'll be spending at the track, but there is always something going on down the shore on Sunday's.

As far as winter time goes, we have less crowds so we can do more. These cars do like the cold weather you know.

Troy, Mean Green is a close second with titles!
