easter sunday
is anybody going to captree on easter ,the weather may be ok but with all the goings on with easter i don;t know if there will be a turnout ,anybody up to the occasion

There will be plenty of cars there. Maybe not as crowded as the last couple of weeks, but still worth the ride....especially from Babylon

I was in NY yesterday with a good friend of mine checking out a car he is getting restored. When we were at the shop, there was a guy there who had a sweet (real CSX big block) Shelby Cobra there getting some work done, who goes to Captree all the time. He has a Ferrari 550 Maranello too ( need I say more?), and was telling me how he nails it, and gets to well over 100mph on the bridge going there, and then jumps on the brakes as he hits the crest of the bridge. Is that stuff true, or is it

Newbie to L.I. here; Is the Captree that you go to the island or the State park in Babylon?? Sounds like something I could get to from up here in northwest Ct., so I'm just checking...Did a Google and found at least two places....just need clarification.
