Ya know Eddie, with all things considered, I think that you should be in charge of building the ark.

After all, you are responsible for the constant rain. Also, you constantly demonstrate your love of animals - remember, the ark needs 2 of each - & you are very adept at handling slow moving vehicles.

Nothing dramatic , just a deal that was locked up , but fell apart . The $ would have been nice in this **** economy .
