Thought this was a cool shot taken along the NYS thruway showing the Castle up on the snowcovered hill
notice the "wave" snow line... the trees came down and the plows just plowed around them .. not enough manpower to come out and take care of the tree so it becomes a 1 lane road

Yeah, it is beautiful................at first. After day after day after day of it..............not so pretty.
We got 6 more inches of "flurries" last night, and they're calling for another 6 tonight from that coastal storm that's wrapping around western PA. All I do anymore is use the snowblower.

Guys, we got HAMMERED with snow yesterday morning (Friday) and get this - I was supposed to get on a train to go out of state to get my first C5!
Luckily I was able to reschedule for tomrrow morning and if all goes well with the sale, I should have clear weather for the long ride home.
I spent 3 hours shoveling my 100+ foot driveway by hand so I can get the vette into my garage when I get back...
DOH!

Where do you have to go to buy the car? I wish you the best of luck but I have one word for you, (other then are you nuts driving your new car back home in this stuff

You betcha Linda. Funny, when we get snow, people from Philly and Jersey flock up here with their snowmobiles. They were going by the house Friday and Friday night and now they're headed back to ya today.

What would be really cool is if you could somehow hook it up to be controlled with a virtual realty set-up.
You could put the 360 degree helmet on and take the controls inside your warm house, while your plowing the snow outside.
