Default 4/3 breakfast

Note new time. I'm pushing this back a little so maybe more will come out.

Meet at Ridley Creek State Park Lot #8 at 8:30AM
Leave for a breakfast destination at 8:40AM

Sunday forecast is real nice

The breakfast destination this week will be....................

Chadsford Tavern ? ? ?

Perhaps making and locking in a decision within 12 or 18 hours of departure for the breakfast destination would result in more turnout, then again, perhaps not.

I do understand you wish to promote the Ridley Park aspect, for a more distant traveler, getting up extra early so I can re-travel the extra distance back in the same basic direction I just came from (Ridley to restaurant) does not have a lot of appeal. Of course, jumping off from Ridley to a further out destination is another matter.

Trying to be helpful.
Besides, its the "Green" thing to do.

This would be helpful for N.J. /Del. travelers.

Making a breakfast location decision 12 to 18 hours before would mean me always making the location decision. I've always looked at it that everyone has a say as to where we eat.

Ridley is a location that's fairly central to the bulk of the attendees who are from Delaware and Chester counties. It also provides a scenic back road cruise to most eating locations. ALSO if you look on a map going to Ridley does not have you backtracking if we go to Chaddsford it just takes you a little out of your way and IMHO adds to the morning with some nice roads!

I bumped up the time so the more distance challenged and morning challenged folks may have an easier time getting up and getting there.

I get suggestions frequently on breakfast and other events and usually it isn't followed through with. Remember this is a forum group not a club or a dictatorship!
EVERYONE PLEASE, if you have an idea for an event or want to deviate from the usual breakfast PLEASE go ahead and POST IT UP!

Tim, I have to disagree with your time calculations.
You should be able to get to the park faster than Chaddsford or at least as fast.
Then you lose 10 min at the park and 20 min to Chaddsford.
I bumped it up a half an hour so your net loss on sleep should be nil.

This should be a topic of discussion at the breakfast table tomorrow.
I'm up for whatever the majority wants to do
