Yes, its all done. It turned out better than I expected, and right on budget. Ive been so busy that I havent had a chance to post up any more pics. I will get pics and details up tomorrow.
OK - Here it is all finished up. All the site work will get done in spring. Looking at a paver patio, shrubs and maybe a fish pond in between the house and garage.
Outside view:
Some inside shots:
Where the utilities come in and service panel area. I prewired two 220 outlets on each corner of the back all. Once I get a 220 compressor or welder, I can install the correct breaker and outlet for the amperage.
I went overboard with the Interior and exterior outlets, IMO you cant have too many!
The ceiling beams are all engineered beams on 19.2 centers, right in the middle of the garage are 2 butted up next to one another in case I want to install a chain hoist.
Work area, w/ PC and Vizio sound bar for music.
Nice large steps with a huge openeing into the attic to make sure I can get whatever I want up there.
Since its nice out, the vert will get some use today - just slapped the charger on to make sure its OK.
Just storage, it is an unfinished loft. I laid down plywood, construction glued and screwed in. The head room isn't the best up there but its a lot of storage.
