Chuck looks after my car and I could not be happier. He is full service for the vette and a nice shop (7 lifts). He always spends the time to get the job done right and treats each car like it was his.

Seen a lot of stuff about him on the C5 forum, we emailed a bit and I would like to see what he could do with my Z to maximize it's potential in stock form..

%100. I had some experience with other shops and was not impressed with some on visits to see if I wanted them to do the work. I also had a bad experience with a place after they did some work. The car ran like crap, but they insisted it was "fine according to their computer readings". They just wanted to sell me more stuff, "to get the car running right". Disgusted with them, I called Chuck, and took a ride up to his place in Ossining, NY. He is so detail oriented, it is almost overwhelming, but you can be sure that when your car leaves his shop, he has explained everything, and has left nothing to chance. Everything is gone over. He even notices things you might not have been aware of, and corrects them right then. That is what I want. It is a bit of a ride for me, but I leave there feeling safe that my car is running great, and that nothing was overlooked. That was not my experience at the other place. His services and prices are reasonable IMPO. His tuning skills are superior IMPO too.

Do it!! I spent an afternoon with him shortly after I got my 07... (He's in my neighborhood)... Hardest workin guy in show business... Talked me into a CoW Booster while I was there with a "if you don't like, I'll take it out, no charge" promise.. Needless to say, he didn't take it out!

I think he's one of the few honest to goodness enthusiastic car experts I've met in quite a while. Lots of guys like cars and a bunch of them know how to service and tune them... Chuck seems to be on another plane of enthusiasm about what he does. It's infectious!

I have been using COW on my C4 for the past say 7 years and he keeps bringing my car back to life after each visit. I actually need to bring in my car soon to repair my AC. I highly recommend him. He even gives out free stickers:

Chuck and Company tuned my car, installed CAI, Cow Booster and Thermostat. I'm happy with it.

Chuck (he's the guy in the YELLOW shirt) is spot on when it comes to tuning and detail. He came to Maui for a friend's wedding and I got him to stop over in Oahu (Honolulu) for a few days of R&R at my place and "fine" tune my mail order tune. He went above and beyond and gave me pointers on other things I should do to my car to get it running even better. I took his advice and my old '98 will run and out handle the best of um. If ANYONE says anything bad about Chuck they are either jealous, lying or stupid. And that's all I gots to say!

I am from NY and send many of my friends there that buy injectors from us. Their experience has always been very positive. Even a bunch of the NY Yankees use him on their personal cars. I would not hesitate. since we live in Ga now I have not visited his new shop but everyone says its clean, safe and well equipped.

I live in Southeast CT and have traveled to Corvettes Of Westchester to have Chuck tune my cars several times. The trips are ALWAYS well worth the time and distance.

Chuck is one of the most dedicated and enthusiastic tuners that I have ever met. He goes above and beyond to make every tune spot on!

His tuning knowledge and ability to decipher GMs proprietary PCM/ECU inner workings is phenomenal. What other tuner do you know that can install a tunable throttle enhancer in your ECU???

I trust Chuck with all of my tuning needs and he has NEVER let me down. I have recommended his services to numerous friends and forum members and I have never had anyone that I recommended say anything other than how happy that they were with the results of their tuning session.

If you desire a highly accurate and quality tune or need a Corvette Specialty Shop to install your performance parts or just to perform maintenance on your Corvette, Chucks the person that I HIGHLY recommend!

Give him a call and discuss your goals and ask questions.

Default a few elite tuners

Chuck has amazing instincts when adjusting the software that the manufacturers complicate with detuning in mind. i believe that they are trying to protect for failures due to high horsepower engines on the drive train. Chuck, with his many resources has the ability to make improvements and keep the car and you safe. he brought my C6 to life! thanks Chuck, keep up the good work....you will be amazed

jerry

PS i drove up from South Florida after talking to him...well worth the trip, i had an emergency back home and had to get back ASAP...Chuck finished everything on time, rear end gears, a cam with beefed up valve springs, T1 handling package, low speed stall converter, and tuned the auto tranny and engine PCM. you couldn't tell it was the same car. full headers with mild to wild exhaust switch. he cautioned me that the stock tires were unsafe with this setup, because he cares.

Oh yeah, Chuck has done 2 of my Vettes and it is amazing the difference it makes. Best bang for your buck for sure. I've got 4 years on my 08 tune and not a single hiccup. Not to mention once you pay Chuck for his tune, any retunes needed after that are free. Not something I have seen from others. Combine that with his Autocal and his latest "secret" invention and look out.
