We're flying in to Boston next month and will be spending a week on Cape Cod. Does anyone out there have any advice on how to get out to the cape? We won't be needing a car while on the cape. I know there is a ferry and also a bus. I think I'd prefer the ferry, but it leaves from downtown Boston and I need to know if there's an east way to get from Logan to the downtown ferry.

Steve, I believe the ferry takes you to Provincetown at the very tip of the Cape. What is your destination on the Cape? It is very easy to jump on the bus right at the terminal. It takes you to Sagamore or Hyannis or further down Cape if you prefer. If you want to go to P-Town on the ferry I believe they have shuttles at the airport to get you to the ferry terminal.
The bus may be the way to go.
My BIL & sister has rented a house for us and I'm not sure of the location on the Cape. I've never been there so I'm looking forward to it.

Steve,
You can take the water taxi from Logan Airport across the harbor to Long Wharf. From there take the Fast Ferry to Provincetown in 90 minutes aboard a beautiful Catamaran. Bus is also an alternative, however the time of day you are travelling is key to whether it will be a 2 hour ride or 4. Afternoon rush hour, especially Friday's in-season can be verryyy slow. TF Green in Rhode Island also has options to the Cape if you haven't already booked Logan.
