Cumberland Valley CC does it again!
I'd like to thank and complement the CVCC for their umpteenth successful sponsorship/operation of the CARLISLE CORVETTE AUTOCROSS.
Mike and the rest of the staff did a great job as usual. I missed Sally, Dave and Jack, but the event was great and I posted a personal best besides.
I'd also like to point out, especially if the Carlisle Event Staff reads this, that they need to add some flexibility to their gate pass structure so people coming for one day and want to Autocross their car will be able to do so. I talk this experience up with my club every year and there are lots of newcomers to track experience who want to try it but cannot bring their car onto the property. I think a one day gate pass, in particular for Thursday or Friday where there is PLENTY of parking available all day would bring in more money to the Events, to the CVCC, and more importantly boost participation in this fun, entry level activity.
