any companies you guys can reccomend figures the carburetor i assume may need to be cleaned or replaced, i tried craigslist but all of them sound fishy, much appreciated of your help, thanks.

I have used Loper's Equipment in Patchogue (631-475-2044). Good, but usually on the high side. Anything you drop off will require a $100 deposit. But they are honest and fix the problem.
While its there, if you don't lube the axels, lube the internal chain, lubricate the auger, it might be a good time to have all that done.
