Default Vette Magic

We'll be there. Went to Sear's Point (will always be) last Wed for trials. My helmet is out of date, but my daughters is current. asked if she wanted to drive. Her response "Stupid question" So she'll be driving at Vette Magic as well.

Was she driving the red C6 with the chrome wheels? I was there in the atomic orange Z06.

Also how much does it cost?

Darn I had to go to Las Vegas last Wednesday and missed the drags.

We'll see you there. I wish my daughter didn't have to work next Sunday.

I'm bringing two extra helmets in case some don't have 2005/2010 helmets.

Pops

It doesn't matter when it was purchased. What matters is the approval. Look inside the helmet (sometimes under the lining) and see what the SNELL sticker says. If it says 2005 you're fine. If it says 2000, it's no longer accepted at any NHRA tracks.

Hope that helps.

Slow to respond, but Yes, that was her. Made it through 1st round of eliminations, then a red light.

And on Wed night, it's only $35.00

Hi Pops - Look inside your helmet under the cushion. It will tell you if it is a Snell 2005 approved helmet.

We'll do our best to bring additionaal helmets and we hope other racers will do the same but we can not guarantee there will be enough to go around. Tell you what if your helmet is a 2000 come and see me I'll put your first in line for one of mine.

Chuck

Darn I only ran an 11.59 today. Started track racing and made some changes to help at Laguna Seca and Thunderhill. Just because you aren't the faster car at VM 37 doesn't mean you can't win. So don't worry even if you hav e an 18 second cruiser the " King of the Hill" can still be yours.

Great weather; good people and lots of fun van be be your this weekend. VM 37 here I come.

While your at it make the whole weekend a Corvette weekend and join us for the car show on Saturday. Don't worry you will not finih in last place. That award usually goes to me.

Can we have BBQ's and coolers in the pits? Understand the no alcohol thing, I'm ok with that, but at least some lemonaide. And ribs.
