You can get them shipped to CA, but you have to tell them it's for a race car or other non-street legal application. I've heard of customers ordering from Summit and other vendors, but they've let the vendor know they're building a track only car based off a C7 chassis.

I ordered mine from Summit with no problem. Just say "yes" when they read you the disclosure that it is to be used off road.

They shipped mine to California and I didn't tell them it was for off road. I also had my Range AFM shipped here even though most web sites said they could do it!
