Volkswagen Eurovan Westfalia. Audi in-line 5 cylinder mounted transversly up front with a 5 speed manual. OMG, was that thing slow. Really had me wishing for the old 55mph speed limit; that it would do, you'd just have to phone ahead a day in advance for reservations.
It was as cool as could be from a function stand point but that buzzy little engine was certainly a MAJOR weak point. I think now they've got the VW six.

Driven; not sure. There have been some real snails - mostly '80s rental cars.
Owned; '68 Fiat 850 Spyder. Just under 1 liter, 50 HP, top speed around 90 MPH, 0 to 60 in a long time. But it was a lot of fun - very light and good handling (in a serious oversteer sort of way).
There is one thing about not having enough power - you learn to use what you've got. Like not slowing for corners 'cause it takes too long to regain the speed and drafting to pass on the highway.

Advanced
1962 powerglide Corvair. Same response time as the other automatic
Corvairs mentioned here. Second slowest was my 1960 Impala convertible Turboglide. Wouldn't get out of it's own way until I swapped out the 3:36 or whatever it was, for a 3:70 rear.

Team Owner
While in college, I was the proud owner of a 1946 Crosley, all 44 cu. in./26.5 horsepower. The next slowest car was a 1983 Camaro Z28 with the 175HP crossfire 305. It was .00000001 of a second quicker then the Crosley in the quarter mile.

I STILL OWN IT! a 2000 hyundai accent (bright green, doesn't make it faster) auto and goes 0-60 timed at 12.1 sec, i wasn't around for the 80's cars so never drove those slow VW rabbits!
