Bought a new Cobalt Saturday for my son and the dealer gave me an extra 1000.00 in rebates cause I own a GM. I should have gotten 2000 cause my GM is a Vette!!

The incentive rebate is based on the car you buy. Cobalt is a grand, some are more on the higher-end cars. I love the cobalt SS- a great car!

I have ordered a camaro and no incentive applies, not even my gm rewards card upgrade sent to me by GM.

I got a letter from GM saying they are still in business and want my business. If I buy a GM product they will give me an additional $1000 off any unit I buy.

I got it and I shredded it. My C3 and Avalanche are both paid off and I have no desire to go into hock with Government Motors.

i have been getting a bunch of stuff between gm and my gm card and rebates it looks that I could get 6K or so off a new car, but too bad my 06 cts that i would trade isnt worth crap. nada says 18K trade and we owe probably 27K for it. when we got it almost 3 years ago, it stickered for 41K. thats a pretty heavy hit to take, so looks like im gonna continue to rock the caddy for a few more years.
