I must have been on a different planet. This is the first time I've seen this conversion. At first I thought it was some sort of photo shop. I guess I would like to see it in person before I can really judge.

looks cool to me. that's a custom car. there are much worse examples on this very board of mods gone wrong where the owners have used stuff from forum vendors.
There may be haters but in general I think its a little strong to label people "haters" when they simply dislike something. Personally, I don't like it but I wouldn't say I "hate" it. I can respect the creator's vision; the quality of workmanship; and, those who like it and still think its dreadful. Life would be pretty boring if we all liked the same things....viva le difference!
To each their own. I don't care for it. I'm sure it took alot of time & money. A while back a saw a guy had a C5 with the body of a 61'. It was widened and stretched to fit but I thought it was cool looking. That's just me.
