It seems like every time I go to LA, I see some scene props/camera people. Now, let's get that Nokia 1020 for some great low-light shots. Most cell phones don't do a good job with indoor shots.

It's like having an excellent point-and-shoot camera inside a very good cell phone. The only drawback is that there aren't 2 million apps to choose from (only 100,000). Fortunately, the Nokia comes with Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint).

AT&T is currently the only provider that has the Nokia 1020. Since I'm with T-Mobile, I make purchase an unlocked version of the 1020, sooner, rather than later. Many cell phones take good outdoor shots; it's the indoor photos that are lacking. Nokia has always been a step ahead of the others in this regard.

Update: I got the phone (still also have an iphone lol) but heres hopefully a good example of the great camera its got! I have to connect the phone direct to computer to get the quality image.

You should also be able to email the picture to yourself so you don't have to directly connect.

yeah it does compress with email 
but that's ok im good with the quality I get either way. love the camera. but today just barely today the Instagram beta became available. theres things about other phones that lack when coming from an iPhone 4-5. I have both right now to see what I want to keep lol both have great qualities

When it comes to cell phone photos, the new iPhone is right around third or fourth place.
The Nokia 1020, of course, rules all other phones in this department. Take a look at an actual photo taken by this phone:
An unlocked 1020 runs $600 but it is worth every penny. It is definitely on my list.
Your iphone is a good all-round phone, so I'm sure you'll have no regrets - enjoy!

the iphone has a great screen retina resolution. nokia 1020 screen is kinda weak. this is my only complaint so far for the nokia phone. iphone software is easier to navigate too but that's no biggie.

I believe the iphone 5 screen resolution is 1136 x 640, whereas the 1020 resolution is 1280 x 768, although the Nokia screen is 4.5" vs 4" for the iphone, so the displays should be close in clarity.
Some other nice features built-in to the Nokia:
The 41 MP camera on the Nokia Lumia 1020 comes with PureView technology. Users can adjust focus and shutter speed while taking a photo and once the photo is taken users can zoom in, rotate, crop and share the image.
The video capture on the device allows the user to zoom in by up to six times without losing picture quality. It comes with stereo sound to allow users to listen to the playback of the video in high quality audio.
The available settings for picture-taking are extraordinary for a cell phone.
