What is this salvage ZL1 worth?
I have been looking at zl1's and came across a salvage 2013 zl1 on ebay.
http://www.ebay.com/itm/181995608214?_trksid=p2055119.m1438.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT
Story checks out as the copart listing is still up for when it was sold.
What have salvage title zl1 sold for in the past?
Any concerns with the LSA motor? I have read some posts about supercharger issues.
I think this zl1 is worth low 20s but what do others here think?

Hey Shawn,
Steve in Denver.
2012/2013 ZL1's has supercharger recalls for snout issues. When a salvaged title vehicle shows up at auction, they generally sell for 30 to 35% of ACV.....actual cash value. This car probably sold for 16 to 19k at Copart.
In my opinion the car is worth 24k private sale retail. Even though the Ebay listing says it was not damaged, a Carfax will tell the whole story.
If your not worried about a salvaged title vehicle when you decide to sell it this could be the car for you.

car sold at copart 2 years ago for 35k with 765 miles.
i was thinking the same thing around mid 20s.
how prevalent have the supercharger problems been and what has been the fix? with no warranty what would the cost be should something go wrong?
not to worried about the salvage title as if i bought it would be driven many miles as a dd.
